The main hole is actually getting smaller.  Really and truly!  We measured it this morning when the wound team came by, and the primary hole was 2.5cm x 1cm x 1.5cm.  That's less than half the size it was last week.  So I've actually started healing in the hospital.  As far as I'm concerned, then, they can just keep me here for as long as it takes to get all the way better.  This is obviously good for me, whether I like it or not.

Dr. Lanigan didn't come by today.  Neither did Dr. Livingston.  One of their residents came by.  He said I was doing good, but not going home yet.  He didn't know where Dr. Livingston was.

Hi, My name is Linda and I live in CT. I had a tummy tuck and breast lift done last May of 2004. I don't why, yet I am in alot of pain still. My belly button is so, so sore and numb a bit still. Parts of my tummy are still numb. If I put my finger around the belly button it feels like a hardness around it. The top part of my tummy went from tiny to bigger. Just on Top part? I swear I could feel the stiches ripping. I am not sure what to do. If I go back to him, He's just not very nice. Should I go to a different DR for a opinion on whats going on? I am 44 and I have 4 kids all from C-Sections so this is why I had the surgery. Thanks in advance, Linda Brianna0826@cox.net
