More Pictures

Be sure and keep checking in. I've sworn a solemn vow to start keeping this thing updated, and I'm posting new pictures regularly now. Well, new to you anyway. At this point, I'm still going through old pictures. So you should be extra sure to check back regularly, because I don't have infinite space here, and old pictures may be gone to make room for new ones!

Yes, a madhouse indeed. I had deemed the time between dinner and the kids' bedtime as my computer time, figuring that ought to get me the time I need each day to do the blogging and web maintenance that I want. Ha!

Friday night, Jarod was constantly eating, and Brian was gone still, so I stayed upstairs with the kids. I did get yoga in on Friday, though.

Saturday, we went out dancing.

Sunday, we went to Menard's to buy a big playground for the kids. By the time dinner was over and cleaned up, it was past 10 already.

It was Brenden!

Most of you got it right, it was Brenden! Gosh, you're good.

The story is good, too. I thought I saw something when he was talking at dinner, so I asked to see his teeth. Sure enough, it was gone. But where was it? Only the Tooth Fairy knows. I guess he swallowed it. He was eating a brownie when I noticed, so maybe that did it. I don't know.

The first tooth lost by one of my babies, and he ate it! Stinker...

Tooth Fairy

I got to play tooth fairy last night. I love getting to do this stuff for my kids. I printed out a certificate to put under Brenden's pillow with his dollar, and I left fairy dust on his bed. When he found the fairy dust this morning, he decided each piece was a wish. How cute!

Sunny Day

I love sunny days. They're so rare up here, and they always make me feel better. Today, Brian missed his ride and I had my last appointment with the midwives today, so that pretty much killed all our school time for the day. I've been trying to save money by not eating out so much, so since the midwives appointment was so close to lunchtime, I packed sack lunches for everybody. It was still sunny and beautiful when we were done (although windy!), so we had a nice picnic lunch at the park.

First Lost Tooth!

Guess who? Leave your guesses in the comments section, and let's see who gets it right!

Jarod's diapers

Sure, that's the last thing you want to hear about, but it's still so amazing to note how each baby is completely different from the rest of the family. Even after five kids, all from the same little gene pool, they all are so incredibly unique. In this case, Jarod is the only child who doesn't like to have wet or poopy diapers. All of the other four couldn't have cared less. We had to just change them on a schedule, because they never let us know they were wet. Jarod is a different story; he lets you know...vociferously!

Still there?

Yes, my tummy is still here, and still in pretty good condition. That's right, folks, for those of you who haven't been paying attention to my other blogs, I had a baby this year. After my tummy tuck. It was a gamble, but I won. I was betting that a singleton by itself had no chance of causing the massive deformities my triplets caused. I took extra care this pregnancy to keep my abdominal muscles in shape and to take care of the skin on my tummy. I ended up with a big batch of horizontal stretch marks above my belly-button, but other than that, things look great!

Exercise

As part of my born-again blogginess, I plan to keep track of my exercise on here. I've been saying I was going to start exercising for several weeks, but I never get around to it. So, I hereby vow to report every single day on my progress (or lack thereof), thus providing a mystical source of incentive to "git 'er done."
